Classes are based around the ancient form of Hatha Yoga. Blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format understandable and doable at any fitness or yoga level.
Incorporating yoga into your lifestyle greatly reduces the risk of injury, promotes relaxation and increases balance. Yoga also lengthens and strengthens muscles, increasing flexibility and core strength.

Classes are scheduled Spring through Fall at local parks and recreation areas.
